SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the Australia only.

ORDER CUTOFF TIME

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on a weekend or public holiday,
are processed the next business day.

ORDER HANDLING TIME

2–4 business days (Monday to Friday).

This is the time from when you place your order to when it is dispatched.

TRANSIT TIME

5–8 business days (Monday to Friday).

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

7–12 business days from the date you place your order.

CARRIER

Orders are shipped by our fulfilment partner. Final delivery within the
Australia is handled by Australia Post or a local partner carrier.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free on all orders within the Australia. There is no
minimum spend.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with a
tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time on our Track
Order page.

DELAYS

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, customs
processing, and peak periods can extend delivery times. If your order
has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we
will investigate.

DUTIES AND TAXES

All applicable duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at
checkout. There are no additional charges on delivery.
